Domestic Shipping:

We ship to more than 20,000 products every day, and, in India, we ship through the best and India’s most trusted logistics partner. The best part is that the shipping across India is free, and in case there is any shipping cost applicable, it is conveyed beforehand.

COD:

Cash on delivery is available on some (or all) products. You can place an order with Soryash Foods and select the COD method if you wish to pay during the delivery. However, COD products might attract some additional charges depending on the order value and delivery location. And once a COD order is placed, it can only be canceled before shipping. Otherwise, you (as a buyer) might have to incur some charges.

International orders:

Customs and duties (assuming any) are charges that might be demanded by the customs authorities of the countries where the product has to be delivered. Every single such amount is to be borne by the beneficiary. Custom’s freedom is the purchaser’s duty. At Soryash Foods, we coordinate as much as possible for each of our shipments to ensure buyers don’t face any hassle. 99.9% of our international packages get to our clients with no problem at all. If any problem leads to a return or refund, the customer may (or may not) face additional charges.

Shipping and order:

  • Every order which is received before noon is shipped on the same day.
  • After shipping, the order gets delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Usually, the order doesn’t get delayed. However, a delay may occur if the product is not in stock or if we receive bulk orders.
  • In case of a delay due to any reason, you will receive a communication from Soryash Foods stating the same. You will also receive the reason for the delay and the new, expected delivery date.
  • In case of stock not available, the product will be shipped in around ten days.
  • All the details related to shipment and dispatch will be shared on your registered number and email address.
