If you are looking to return our products, then please read the return policy below:

Return policy:

  1. The return policy for our products is only valid for 3 days. After 3 days from the date of purchase, we don’t give any return or refund.
  2. A return will only be accepted for receiving mistaken order delivery after making the payment or delivering a damaged product.
  3. No return is provided for cash on delivery orders.
  4. A free of cost return or refund will be given only if the order is damaged, incomplete (in style and measure), or incorrect delivery (different from the order placed).
  5. Several products, like perishable goods, fresh milk, and grocery products, are not applicable for return policy.
  6. The final decision for the return request will be made after receiving and analyzing the product.
  7. A product is applicable for return only in its original packing without tampering. It must be in the condition the same as received.
  8. For a complete return process, you need to show the bill or receipt of the Purchase of products
    Different sizes

Exchange:

Exchange is given only in different sizes. You can exchange only with the same or distinct size.

Cancellation policy:

Soryash Foods has simple cancellation provisions for the ease of its customers. You can cancel the order only before it’s shipped, and you will get your full money back.

Please note:

  1. We do not cancel half orders. You can cancel complete orders only.
  2. If your orders are shipped before cancellation, then you need to pay a cancellation charge of Rs. 100.

Refund policy:

  1. The payment is refunded only for prepaid orders. We do not provide a refund for orders with cash on delivery opted.
  2. After Soryash Foods receives a refund request, Soryash Foods holds the right to take the final decision.
  3. Soryash Foods will inspect the product and then decide on the refund request. You will receive a communication about our decision on your registered (provided) email address.
  4. After authorizing the refund, the transfer of refund may take up to 2 business days to begin.
  5. The total refund amount may take 4-8 business days before it reflects in your account. The amount will get credited back to the account that was used for purchasing.
  6. The timing of the transaction can be different for multiple banks/financial institutions.
  7. The refund amount will not include shipping and restocking charges.

Mode of refund:

A refund is only available for mistaken delivery and damaged product. We only entertain refund requests from prepaid orders. Thus, the mode of refund will be the same as that used for placing the order.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If, in any case, you have not received a refund after the deadline, kindly check with your bank once. It may be due to some technical or server issue from the bank’s side most of the time. However, if you don’t receive any update from the bank, write to us at [email protected] and attach the product, order, and refund details in the mail.
